Today May 30 is celebrated the international day of the fight against multiple sclerosis and we are very happy to communicate our collaboration for the next #CoctelesSolidarios with the Cartagena Multiple Sclerosis Association.
As many of you already know each summer season we carry out a campaign called solidarity cocktails, in it helped by a legion of volunteers we collaborate with an association to help them as much as possible so that they can achieve their goals.
Our goal is met from minute 1 ″, since being part of these projects and being able to contribute our energy to them, is already a reward for us. In recent years, associations such as PupaClown, AFADECA or Prometeo have given us the opportunity to know a little more about them and above all to become aware of the problems of our society.
In the following link: meloneselabuelo.com/prometeo you can take a look at last year's campaign, in which the protagonist was Prometheus (Association of parents of psychic, physical and sensory disabled people of Torre Pacheco), they needed to raise funds to expand their facilities and we wanted to contribute our grain of sand, so that this project was a reality.
In this 2019 will be the Association of Multiple sclerosis Cartagena. Multiple sclerosis is a disease that unfortunately we do not know much about it, but it affects more than 2,5 millions of people worldwide (more than 55.000 people in our country) and is one of the most common neurological diseases.
