To get the flavor of "El Abuelo", we study melon varieties by performing trials in a natural way for several seasons, before selecting the appropriate one.
The selection parameters are very demanding, emphasizing the taste and texture of the fruit to get the best melon.
Studies are carried out together with the staff of IMIDA (Murciano Institute for Agricultural Research and Development and Food), which has the most advanced equipment and supported by the latest technological advances allow us to develop varieties that keep the taste of always.
We use different types of cultivation depending on the season in order to achieve greater production and therefore longer time for consumption.
All our varieties are products of natural pollination by bees and in no case are genetically manipulated.
